Grand Canyon Tours from Vegas?

I am heading to Vegas in a couple of weeks and want to do a tour to either the Grand Canyon or Hoover Dam and am looking for information on the best tour company to use. Anyone ever use any of the tour company working out of Vegas? What have your experiences been like?
