What is the name of this movie? Best answer if you can get it!?

I think it had like a Canadian Cop or something, he got kicked off the force, I remember them riding horses, then the main character comes back with dirt bikes and there is a dirt bike chase scene and he jumps over a canyon. He was white, but all his brothers were black.. I think, I may be confusing it for another movie. PLEASE! What is the name of this movie??
