What kind of ghost? help?

Not really a name for it but it sounds like its some kind of motherly nurturing presence (some would call it a "guardian angel"), sounds harmless but if you still find it frightening I would consider having something that whenever you look at it it reminds you of it being harmless and keep it with you and next to your bed and stuff.
