Grand Caynon Trip Help! People who have been there only!!?

When I went there a couple of years ago, we went there at night, slept at a hotel, then for the whole next day we toured it. We actually toured it by ourselves, but I really wanted to go on the mule rides. However, we couldn't because one of the people with us was really scared of heights and we didn't want to leave him while the rest of us went on them.
