What are the best vegetarian restaurants in Melbourne?

I'm a vegetarian but none of my Melbourne friends are and I'm excited that my veggie friend from Canberra is coming down on the weekend. I'd like to take him to some veggie places that I haven't been to before. Recommendations? :)
