What should I do when my best friend doesn't want to be friends anymore?

Ok so here's the deal. I had this girl who I was best friends with but we both liked each other as more than that but she was living in Canberra for a while. We used to talk for hours each day and we knew everything about each other. Then she introduced me to her best friend who was still living in Melbourne so I got close with the other one too, then she started to like me but I still liked the first one but I said yeah I liked her too because I'd have felt bad if I said I didn't like her too. So they both liked me and they both started arguing with each other over me and getting jealous. So in the end they decided it was me who had to go so they deleted all forms of contact with me and started ignoring me this was start of February. Now I want to become friends with them but mainly the first one but don't know how to do it.
